OwnMentor began as the learning technology arm of NoLimits. Our focus has developed from mobile learning and practical toolkits into AI experiences that support people in the moment they need a skill.
The purpose remains the same: make useful expertise easier to apply. A better feedback conversation, a clearer message or a more thoughtful interview can begin with a small amount of focused preparation.
We bring together skill content, dialogue design and software development. We start with a real need and work with clients to define what a tool should do, what knowledge it should use and where its limits should be.

OwnMentor Ltd develops the AI tools offer. NoLimits continues its work in coaching, workshops and people development. The two can work together, or a client can commission a focused tool for an agreed purpose.
We value practical application, honest feedback and clear boundaries. Tools should help people use their judgement, and their usefulness should be tested through actual experience rather than assumed from the technology.
